Ziggs (Undertale OC)

So, I turned Ziggs into an OC for Undertale. (Because I can) He's half-wolf, and can control ice. Ziggs is 32, and has an hp of.. Well, 32! Hes very shy, and keeps to himself. He lives in Snowdin, and is friends with Sans. He always wears a giant scarf, and mittens, because he's always cold, like all the time. Which, causes him to sneeze a lot, and snuggle up in his scarf.

His arms and hands are solid ice. They're ice, because when Ziggs gets close to death, his body begins to slowly freeze over, and he did a lot of fighting when he was younger.. Now he regrets it.. (He nearly lost his tail due to a fight). If the ice touches his heart, the rest of his body will suddenly freeze over, and he'll die instantly. Now, if you strike his heart before the ice gets to it, he will freeze over, and explode. 

Some of his powers, are making ice shoot up from the ground,or making giant shards of ice fall from the sky. He can also create ice creatures, to attack his enemies. Ziggs also has a second form, but I'll be working on that, and uploading it soon. Other than that, he's a pretty nice guy, until you fight him.
